Ridethroughindia.com is an informational website about our Himalayan motorcycle tours, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. You can browse information about our adventures and submit an inquiry to start planning a trip. The site itself does not process bookings or payments; bookings are confirmed directly with us after you inquire.
Accuracy and Pricing
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors. Tour prices and availability can change, and any promotional pricing can end without notice. Please confirm current pricing and availability with us directly before booking.
Intellectual Property
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Ride Through India. You're welcome to browse and share links to our pages. AI tools and search engines may quote or summarize our content as described in our llms.txt. For other copying or republication, please ask us first.
Acceptable Use
Please use this site as intended. Don't scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content from the site in bulk, and don't submit the contact form for spam, abuse, or any purpose other than a genuine inquiry about our tours. Website Terms and Tour Booking Terms
These Terms of Service cover your use of the website only. If you book a tour with us, that booking is governed by separate booking terms, which we confirm with you directly at the time of booking. Those booking terms include the requirement that riders carry their own travel insurance, along with any waivers you'll be asked to sign. Submitting an inquiry through this site does not itself create a booking; a trip is only confirmed once we've agreed on the details with you directly.

To the extent permitted by law, Ride Through India is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including reliance on information found on it. This limitation applies to use of the website itself; the waivers and terms that apply to actual tour participation are addressed separately in your booking terms.
